My journey to innerprocess<\/em><\/h1>\n

Born in 1974 and raised in Switzerland, I followed an inner calling at the age of 18, left Switzerland, and moved to New York. I lived there for 11 years. Initially, I completed my studies at a theater conservatory, where I discovered my deep interest in the stories and life processes of people. I then earned a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology with a minor in Art Therapy.<\/p>\n

My interest in therapeutic healing, transformation processes, creativity, science, and human development led me to pursue a Master\u2019s degree in Creative Arts Therapy. At the same time, I delved into astrological approaches to explore human potential and characteristics from a planetary-connected perspective.<\/p>\n

Later, I completed training as a Vision Quest and Soulcraft Guide at the Animas Valley Institute in Colorado. There, I integrated transpersonal and eco-psychological concepts with classical psychology, recognizing the synergies between humans, ecosystems, and nature. I continue to incorporate this knowledge into my work with clients and students.<\/p>\n

Over time, I deepened my studies in consciousness and transpersonal psychology. Additional training in meditation, dreamwork, and depth imagination expanded my understanding of perception and awareness. In 2015, I completed the Timeless Wisdom Training at the Academy of Inner Science, which I continue to engage with through advanced and study groups. This work enhances my ability to expand inner awareness and relational competence to contribute positively during times of change.<\/p>\n

Since 2004, I have been living and working in Switzerland again. Between 2004 and 2015, I worked in inpatient psychotherapy facilities as a group and individual therapist while simultaneously establishing my private practice. Since 2015, I have been working independently as a holistic-integrative therapist, consultant, and supervisor, now bringing over 24 years of experience. Additionally, I serve as an instructor at therapy training institutes.<\/p>\n

In 2019, I completed a second Master of Science degree in Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology, recognized by the British Psychological Society. That same year, I received the Eurotas Certification in Transpersonal Psychotherapy (ECTP).<\/p>\n

In 2024, I fulfilled a heartfelt wish by founding the community practice at Florastrasse 12. Collaborating with my colleagues and supporting our clients with a holistic-integrative approach brings me great joy.<\/p>\n

My expertise lies in guiding people through life transitions and in supporting the unfolding and manifestation of their personal potential. A central focus of my work is the exploration of one\u2019s own being and the facilitation of processes of consciousness and self-actualization in the integration of heart, body, and mind \u2013 as well as within the living field of human relationships.
With innerprocess<\/em>, I weave together different approaches, responding in the moment to what is possible and to the unique needs of my clients.<\/p>\n

My work and joy are dedicated to supporting people on their individual life journeys. With my experience and knowledge, I offer clients and students empathetic, authentic and inspiring guidance. I believe that people don\u2019t just come to me \u2013 they are guided here.
I am sincerely grateful to the many remarkable individuals I have had the privilege to accompany. They have shaped my life and my work in countless meaningful ways.<\/p>\n
