4 Subject matter:
As a client of my innerprocess practice, you can make use of various therapeutic treatments and counselling. Neither my therapy nor my counselling services are a substitute for a thorough physical examination and treatment by a doctor. You are expressly requested to seek medical treatment for complaints relating to diseases.
The aim of my treatment as a therapist is the initiation of a self-healing and self-development process. This means supporting you in overcoming psychological and psychosocial problems, in gaining clarity on your future, in activating resources for helping achieve your aims, and to professionally accompany you in changes to your professional and personal everyday life. As the client, you assume full responsibility for your own process.
The therapist and seminar supervisor are released from liability claims. Your specific aims for treatment will be defined at the beginning.
5 Successful therapy and counselling:
As the counselling therapist, I cannot guarantee the desired or planned success or the achievement of the agreed aims in our work together. Both parties shall however work to the best of their knowledge and capabilities to achieve success through therapy and counselling as soon as possible.
6 Counselling by phone and Skype:
I offer counselling by phone or Skype on all subjects listed on my website, subject to a fee.
Please enquire about the cost in good time and make an appointment. Counselling by phone/meeting by Skype is subject to pre-payment. I would like to point out that such consultations are not substitutes for medical treatment. I do not assume any liability for any resulting troubles and health-related problems connected to counselling by phone or a meeting by Skype. Please use the information given during phone counselling/meetings by Skype responsibly.
7 Data protection
Your client data will be treated as confidential in accordance with the provisions of Swiss data protection law and will not be passed on or sold to third parties. I reserve the right to save and use your client data for internal invoicing and marketing purposes (newsletters etc.). Contact by email is very moderate and you can revoke it at any time.
8 Reimbursement of costs:
Every client is responsible for obtaining information on and applying for possible cost reimbursement or cost approval procedures themselves. A non-reimbursement or only partial reimbursement by a third-party payer (health insurer, additional insurance) has no influence on the agreed fee and the resulting claim for payment by the innerprocess practice. I shall not charge you in the event of a cancellation received at least 24 hours prior to an appointment. If I receive your cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, I will charge the cancelled counselling hours in full.
9 Duration of treatment and termination:
The number of treatment and counselling hours depends on your aims. The treatment / counselling shall stop when one partner decides to end it.
10 Confidentiality obligation:
The innerprocess practice is subject to a confidentiality obligation and must be released from this obligation in writing by the patient if necessary for providing information to third-party payers or close contact persons. The prevention or pursuit of presumed punishable offences and the protection of valuable legal assets are generally excluded from this confidentiality obligation.
11 Place of jurisdiction and governing law:
The contracting parties are subject exclusively to Swiss law; the place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
Treatment and counselling at my practice does not discharge you from assuming full responsibility for your own actions. You are obliged to promptly notify me and to jointly seek a solution if you experience any troubles.
