Appointments in Practice / via Zoom / by Telephone:
Sessions usually take place in my practice. For clients living further away, or in cases of illness, sessions can also be held by telephone or via Zoom. Remote sessions provide the same attentive guidance and support as in-person meetings. Appointments and fees are available upon request.

Payment, Reimbursement & Cancellation Policy:
Invoices and reimbursement forms will be sent to you by email and are payable within 30 days. If you have supplementary insurance, you may submit the reimbursement form directly to your provider. Please note that each client is responsible for obtaining information about possible reimbursement and for submitting the necessary applications.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 48 hours beforehand will be charged in full. By booking an appointment, you agree to these conditions.

Duration of Treatment & Completion:
The number of sessions depends on your personal goals. Treatment or consultation ends when either party decides to do so. Once this decision has been communicated, it usually includes 1–2 concluding sessions to bring the process to a respectful close.

The counseling sessions are held in person in my private office, by phone or via Zoom/Skype video call. With skype and phone sessions clients will receive the same unique guidance and feedback as they would receive when coming to the practice in person. Appointments and fee are by request.
